Get a loan on your house, then spend the loan for Bioware points. That's should be enough to max everything out.

on topic though, the Harrier really isn't all that good, the wraith is much better.  (have wraith 3, and Harrier 4)

Fixed  And it took me a few months till i finally got one, because its a UR they have the habit of not dropping unless its a cold day in hell

Harriers not that good???? You aint using it right then pal  It's the best Assault Rifle in the game for a reason  Also how can ya compare a Shotgun against a Rifle

Harriers not that good???? You aint using it right then pal  It's the best Assault Rifle in the game for a reason  Also how can ya compare a Shotgun against a Rifle 

best assault rifle isn't saying much (biower really hates that class), slap a smart choke, and HVB on the wraith, and it massively outstrips the Harrier at least IMO.
Edit: also I highly expect a nerf in two weeks that makes it such that with a fast enough trigger finger the Mattock will outstrip the Harrier.

TBH it depends what class ur using.... The harrier is a good multi class weapon, im using one at the mo with my Salarian Infiltrator and it works great alongside  TC then Energy Drain, or TC then prox mine then shoot it works wonders

I guess, but on most of my classes I just equip the Wraith (the only one that I consistently equip the harrier on is my TGI which I don't use all that much)  I really like the burst damage that ignores shield gate all other infiltrators get either a wraith, GPS, or a Widow/ Black Widow.  Harrier has it's uses, but runs out of ammo too fast, and the clip mod actually modifies the clip, and not the spare ammo.

yah, but biower can't have any good ARs that would mess with the "balance".

When you do get the Harrier, be prepared to be a single parent babysitting 3-4 children aka be prepared to make trips to the ammo box after every 3-4 kills.

I was lucky to get a weird RNG string. I had to max out another UR before I saw my first Harrier. On a side note I have three URs maxed and no ppr.
