Kind of a tough choice...

1 - Miranda... not only a tough woman, but her powers and squad enhancements are the best in the series. Plus, she needs to be on board to kick Reaper ass and snuggle. Don't forget the snuggling.

2 - Ash... though I'd like a little more of her ME1 self in the game with the sass. It isn't as prevalent in 3 and that's a shame.

3 - Mordin... seriously, just a fun fun character.

4 - Jack... ME3 version. I liked ME2 Jack, but the more mellow yet tough **** that is Jack in 3 is awesome.

5 - Legion... I want a more in depth story on him. That just wasn't there in ME3 at all and it's a shame.

6 - Grunt/Garuss/Liara... I like all three and it's kind of hard to choose between them. Wrex is awesome too, but he works well as the leader of the Krogan so I wouldn't take him from that role. My sixth memeber would be one of these 3.

But I really think it should have remained at ME2 levels or at 9 people at the very least. It should have been a mix of ME1 and ME2 survivors, with maybe one or two new entries just ot make sure there is a small squad if you had a miserable run in ME3. Choices and play style should have changed the basic foundations of the squad in ME3.... but instead, Bioware went lazy and decided to try and make the end of a trilogy a perfect starting point for new people. Yeah Bioware... that should totally be your focus.. new people at the end of a story arc. Brilliant.......

Tricky. Liara, Garrus and Tali are a definite. Not sure on top of that. Between Ashley/Kaidan, Samara, Legion, Grunt and Javik for the remaining spaces.

F*ck it, Javik as DLC, and we can cut Legion since he has a role in the plot.

Oh sh*t, EDI.

Tone down the body a bit and I'll flip a coin between her and Samara.
