1. Shisk or Gryll (because vorchas are fascinating and they've never come out of the background)
2. Niftu Cal
3. A marauder tech specialist under the control of Inusannon (if Starbrat is removed from game), or the Collector General under the command of Harbinger (if Starbrat remains). (Inusannon is based on my pet theory that Reapers name themselves after the race they were made from, making Harbinger's race the Nazara. Both Reapers are there based on the idea of a Reaper rogue faction, either trying to get out of the cycles or overthrow the Starbrat)
4. Kal'Reegar
5. Major Kirrahe
6. Eve or Okeer (that guy was evil, but he would have been FASCINATING to talk to! Pity he was killed off so quickly.)
7. Matriarch Aethyta

Too many people listing Mordin and Wrex....they can't both be alive at the end of ME3 and saving Mordin(as we all should) involves being rid of Wrex in ME1 and then destroying Maelon's data in ME2.

If Wrex is alive...Genophage must be cured....if Wreav is in charge...save Mordin.

I listed that it was not possible in my post anyway, and said we could replace Mordin with Kirahee ::P::P:P

Only six? Ok..
1. Thane (For everything about him. Thane is great and Shep really needs his advice and support during the hard times. Plus, he's a drell, and very interesting one, he should be in ME3 squad, it would add a lot of interesting dialogues and replayabilty.
2. Javik ( He's really funny and his history is touching, I'd love to see him talking with Thane)
3. Garrus (Because Garrus)
4. Kasumi (she has got a good sense of humor, and is a friend of my Shepard)
5. Miranda (She would be a very interesting squadmate, mainly because we fight against Cerberus in ME3, not having her in a squad is a lost opportunity.
6. I can't really chose, I like Liara, VS and Tali, but if I had to choose on of them... Liara could just be a temporary squadmate and do her job as a Shadow Broker, Tali is ok for a few missions (even though I like her very much), so she could stay on Rannoch instead of going with Shepard. VS - not all of my Shepards would choose him/her, but my canon Shep would like to. So here goes VS propably, but I'd also like to see Jack, Samara or even Mordin.
