The female red dragon is down and the fire giants are, too.  There's a rising glow spot for a loot bag, but there's no bag and I'm assuming that that rising glow is the Ironfist Belt that's somehow or other failing to spawn properly.  I've tried the console command:

DebugMode 1

giveitem nw_it_ifistbelt

The reply is that the item failed to spawn and repeated attempts generate the same reply.  What the <bleep> may I do to remedy this bug?  Without a remedy I'll have to try fighting that one over again and I'm not keen to try.  My party isn't really up to it as I HATE crafting.

I loaded an earlier save and rushed in to grab the belt as the Fire Giant king died, saved the game, and managed (after several reloads to complete the combat) to get to the dragon hoard. It seems that the glitch was in the earlier save. Odd, that there'd still be glitches popping up with the Platinum Edition. One would think that those would've been fixed by the time the Platinum Edition was released.
