 So, I purchased Omega DLC, and ran through it.

Finished it, and it was all nice, then finished that playthrough.

Now I'm trying to start a new one and I wanted to pick up Flare as a Bonus powers to start, except I can't, not from the start of the game anyway.

I can apparently pick it up from the Normandy med-bay though.

Any ideas how I can fix this?
