I don't think I've ever actually celebrated New Years. We're not really a bunch of partygoers where I am. In fact, I think the last time I even stayed up for midnight was for Animal Crossing on the Gamecube. 
If I'm awake, I'll be here or getting my arse handed to me playing Tekken Tag 2 online. I'll be blaming lag.

I dont think that exactly what i said about climax's I DID say that not every good story ends in a climax, its sucks, but some storys the middle is better then the end!
She has argued with me enough to see the merit in adding the game to my play list, so here i sit on holidays using hotel wireless waiting for ME1 and ME2 to download from steam (3 hours so far and im at 33%), then ill grab ME3 after i finish the first 2...
But can anyone tell me about how many hours of game play i need to put in to get to the end of the ME trillogy, just so i can catch up on the complaits about the ending cinimatic, i am sorta felling left out of the loop

about 100 Meddish. ME1 is around 20.. Well actually that's a lie, it's 20 for me, but I speed through it these days. it'd probably take you between 20-30. Depending on how OCD you are about being a completionist.
ME2 is much longer at around 40-60 hours. I think the quickest I've ever beaten 2 was around 34 hours. But that was skipping lots of the dialog.
ME3 is - unfortunately - a little shorter than ME2 at between 30-50 hours. My best time for 3 is 33 hours.
All these times are including all the dlc by the way. So if you only want the base game. Take off a couple of hours.
Also, yes, the resort wi-fi is playing up, I can only have a max of two pages open or they drop out lol. Oh and I'm used to waiting that long to download games. That's the same speed I get at home. Around 700-1,000 kb's a second.
