I know achievements and reward items are attached to the player profile, so how do I back them up?
If I reformat, but backup my save folder, will I keep achivements/items?

Yes, I think so. Because the reward items etc. are stored to your player profile here on the BSN. You just need to login to the game again via the game's login screen, I think. In the tech forums I think there maybe are an answer to this....
