So here's my issue. I wanna import my ME1 save game to ME2. I just finished Virmire, but i'm locked into a romance with Liara now and i don't want her, i wanted Kaiden. I don't wanna go back and do 5-10 hours of work again just to fix this. The question is if i import this save into ME2, will the Genisis comic still come up and allow me to change who i romanced? Please help! This is starting to grind my bones.

Comic doesn't pop up when you import ME1 save.

As Terrapin says, Genesis won't appear on an imported save which leaves you with your original problem. You should be able to get rid of Liara by turning her down when she visits Shepard in private before the last mission (can't be more specific than that - no spoilers in this part of the forum). None of the ME1 love interests are romanceable in ME2, though both Liara and the Virmire survivor will be encountered and dialogue will be slightly different if one of them was romanced in the first game. I think, but am not certain, that you would then be able to romance Kaiden in ME3 though you'd probably have to ask on the ME3 board.

However, if I may I'm going to make a case for carrying on as you are. ME1 is arguably the most replayable, not least if you want to import a level 60 Shepard into ME2 for maximum level, money and resource bonuses - you simply cannot reach level 60 in one go because ME1 does not contain enough experience points, so a replay is unavoidable if that's an aim. It's not essential and I've taken several level 50-59 Shepards into the second game, but I have taken a few 60s over as well. If you were to do likewise then you have a second playthrough to correct any aspects you're not happy with. Also I don't think my first suggestion of ditching Liara now and pursuing Kaiden later will get you the Paramour achievement - as I recall you have to, shall we say, follow through with things to get that. And on the subject of achievements I'm fairly sure it's impossible to get them all with one playthrough either. It's either two or three, and I have a feeling it's three.

If you're not interested in achievements then the shortest alternative is the one you've already identified: replay enough of the game to get Kaiden instead. How much of that depends on a lot of things but that T'Soni does tend to launch herself at Shepard, so referring to the wiki or posts here on the subject might be handy to make sure you keep her at a polite but comfortable arm's length.
