I was doing a sucessful platinum solo, things were going well and some guy (who is now blocked) thought it was funny to ninja join, all the equipment, everything gone.
I will be frank, I have never, ever stealth/ninja joined, ever and I expect it as a common courtesy to ASK if one can join.
I have been dced, staggered and stunlocked to death and now some less than polite person ninja joins and ruins my entire solo.
I consider myself a nice guy, good teammate and I am always willing to play with people but ninja joining is off limits. If anyone ever ninja joins on my watch again, I will block them, period. Tired of that bs.
You blocked a guy because you weren't smart enough to set your status to invisible? Ok...
You might have some hilarious code of conduct you adhere to but the fact is most normal people will see you in a game and assume you are either with a group or running in a public game and try to join up.
Stop blaming others for your own stupidity.

Wow, never thought I had to worry about ****s blocking me because I wanted to join their game ASAP and help them out. Guess I gotta send a message and wait for them to hastily send back "b/NO9" as they scramble to kite a bunch of ****, IF I ever get a response before the either fail the mission or complete it.
...and this.
I've never had a friend that I've dropped in on, that has complained. Neither have I ever complained when any of my 99 friends have dropped in. There have been all of 3 times in the 3500+ games I've played where a friend who dropped in unannounced was asked to leave, and that was only because my team and I were waiting for a specific person to join, or rejoin the game after being disconnected.
You should be happy when friends want to join you. You should feel bad for being such a **** about the guy dropping in unannounced, "ruining" your game, and then coming onto the forums to berate them - anonymously, or not. Especially, as Sabbatine notes, since it was your own failure to set your game parameters correctly in the first place that allowed your friend to join.
You whine about the pettiest of things.
