I'm getting frustrated.

Sometimes I have to export things 3 times in order for them to work.

I've tried exports with F9, each file separately, export everything by marking them in the object inspector, with/without dependant resources and a huge etc.

What am I doing wrong? ¬_¬

Thanks :-)

I always do "Export without dependencies".  If it's a script just save it, no need for export in most cases.  A save will compile and place it in the override folder.

At first keep it simple.  Export without dependencies one simple cutscene or convo.  Make note of where it goes.  Packages or Modules? Go slow, step by step.  Don't rush or else you'll find yourself in a world of confusion.

It also helps to know what you are exporting.

There's a bug when using the toolset with Vista - when you try to select all objects in the palette for export, the first or last may be unselected.

Yeah, I have that with windows 7 too, but that's not really the problem... :-/

Sometimes I do things in the wrong order, e.g. export an area, make and export an item, add item to area. Easily cleaned up by exporting areas with dependent resources or exporting all resources. Could it be something like that?
