Shock Trooper, since it improves your two best abilities: Barrier and Adrenaline Burst.

I don't care for Nemesis on any of my biotics in ME1. However, it might be fun to roll with a Lift that has a 10m radius.

It is fun, especially if you didn't take Singularity as a bonus.
I usually do, though, and Shock Trooper meshes a bit better with how I play the VG, so I would recommend that to the Op as well.
