I always thought Cannibals were kind of adorable in a way...Maybe it's the way that they try and hug you when they get close.

Also, Marauders, but that's just because they look like Turians.

On their own, probably Cannibals.

Cutest thing in MP though is when a Praetorian and Scion are both trying to get through the narrow doors on Ghost at the same time, and neither of them can fit as a result. Then they just stand there stubbornly and wait for the other to move first.
