So knowing I can't change my BSN name to what I would wish for it to be, I am wondering if I create a new BSN account can I transfer my registered games/dlcs connected to this account (as well as my email) to a new account?
Creation of a new BSN account and transfer of everything...?...

Is your current account tied to your Ea and/or Origin account (i.e. you used the same e-mail for both)? If so, then you will have to delete this account in order to link the games in your EA/Origin account with a new BSN one. Registering games with the BSN does nothing but register the games with the BSN. All your DLC, unlocks, and games are still connected with your EA account and are available even if you are not on the BSN. On the other hand, if you did not link your EA and/or Origin account with your current BSN account, then creating a new BSN account with your EA/Origin e-mail should be an option.
