 I was playing dragon age 2 in old pc with decent hardware in direct 9 with no problems 
Now I have new pc with 

I5 3570
8gb ram
Windiws 7 64 
6990 HD 4 gb

The problems here with new pc is micro stutter while moving and move the camera
I try every single things but no way I already have new windows 7 install I try latest amd driver and also try the old driver ( the driver when dragn age 2 release )I try lower my setting and resolution I try direct 9 and 11 and windo mode I also try this fix which I found in some fourm :
Change these lines:UseTrilinearFiltering=0UseTripleBuffering=0
To this:UseTrilinearFiltering=1UseTripleBuffering=1
All that with no way 
My game already update it to version 1.04
The game run in solid 60 fps with no drop but still have micro stutter .
Any solution here ????
