Seriously, time for Groups. Friends list are nice and all but it's Groups that really make an MP better. Groups help bring players toghter who aren't exactly friends but are still looking for similar players.

I've also got someone who has been sending me a friend request every time I log in but I can't return it because apparently his list is full. No way to tell him, either, because lolrigin.

I really sorta need to do an flist purge, though. I have this weird hangup about friending, so whenever I get a friend request, I always accept it, even if it's someone I don't really care about playing with again. <.< I go through and do a mini purge maybe a week later usually. I don't like having people on my flist just so I can join/fill a game - if it's not someone with whom I go "I want to play with you again" (which usually requires conversing a little to trigger) then I'd rather go pug, to be honest.

I'm interested in the criteria you guys have for adding friends; Ziegrif explained his quite nicely. I usually add whoever throws me an invite, but on the occasion that I meet an exceptional player in a random game I usually toss them an invite. This has often resulted in me adding people who speak English as a second language, or don't speak it at all. Communication is sometimes problematic but we manage.

If I haven't played with them in a while or they stopped playing I just unfriend them.

I'm on XBL but its a similar cap. If they haven't played in at least the past week and/or I haven't played any games with them in weeks then I delete them. Actually deleted a couple IRL friends. Thankfully drama free unlike deleting ones Facebook...uh...

Its easy to cap but I'm picky as hell and want regular decent players who have manners and are fun to talk to.

Since I am a person that much prefers a very few good friends than a lot of decent ones, I find this number very surprising,
Gonna start watching who I add, a ton of them are good PUG's I played with, and I think a couple of bad ones.

100 friends, I go down the list and when I find a name of someone who never messages me, or never asks for games I remove them whenever I get a new FR from someone.

I refuse to delete Vdubb though, Vdubb hasn't played ME3 for months yet I will not remove him! He will return some day, I hope.
