now before you say anything.......yes its a fan fic.....partly anyway.

The Author of this has decided to retell the story of Origins.......but with some alterations, altertations he went out of his way to make sure, and i quote, "Only Working with what Bioware gave me".

another odd note is.........all 6 Origin characters survive, all 6 (the lead Origin being, to my delight, the Dwarf Noble rather then the Human.......also the mage is a Elf....so only 1 humie.) join up with the Canon party members.

For the most part it sticks with the game's story.




I found it by accident while on TVTropes........it is only one of 2 Fanfics i have read that i find remotely good.


The Writing is some of the best i have ever seen.......and considering how many Games i've played, TV Shows and Movies (Western and Japanese), and books i've read, thats not something i say remotely easily.

.....i dare say the Dragon Age writers should take a read just so they can see what someone did using only the background and lore provided, it may give them some ideas for future Dragon Age games.
