Just wanted to make sure this is the way its supposed to be.  Items I find have a name but thats it.  There is no tooltip to describe what the item actually does.  Thats working as intended right?

Right click and "examine".

I don't have that option, I right click on everything and nothing happens. I removed override and still no good. I started a new campaign with a level 2 char and still no go. I looked through options and it doesn't seem like there is a way to turn it on or off.

And unfortunately I bought NWN2 Platinum on Direct2Drive a while back and they do not have it available for download anymore as Gamefly

Dont ever buy from gamefly.

Try keeping the mouse button pressed for a second or two. The right click menu is a bit slow sometimes.

I figured it out, had remapped the right mouse for NWN2 only a long time ago and forgot.
