I have already pre-ordered ME2. I am a big SF fan. The quality of the story in ME is what convinced me to get DA:O.

I'll get it, too. But probably a few month later. Dragon Age has told me to better be patient, wait and by it all in one ... So you can play it one fine go ....

Of course! I loved ME, despite it's flaws and since it (from the videos) seems like BW adressed most of the issues of ME1, ME2 can be GOTY 2010! I'm on my 2nd playthrough of ME (I've never been big on playing RPG's more than once, I think only ME, KOTOR and Phantasy Star IV are the ones I've finished more than once.



I like DA:O as much as ME, but I do think ME is more of a unique benchmark in gaming, it brought a whole different level in cinematic gaming and by the looks of it, ME2 is a lot more and better!

Mass Effect is awesome, so I'm buying the sequel.

Everyone I know preferred Dragon Age, though. Probably because it was a tried and tested RPG concept which people were comfortable with, whereas Mass effect was more of a gamble.

Oh yes! I try to keep my expectations low, but if ME 2 is only just as good as ME 1, it'll be one of my favourite games too.

Looks to be better in every way. I just hope that it takes longer to complete and the DLC's aren't so short. Then it'll be perfect.

Im getting ME2 for sure. i had the first one when that came out and though it was amazing come to think of it ive had pritty much every Bioware game and the've always been amazing. . . any way back to ME i loved the re-play value of beeing able to take shepard through the story again in a kind of new game plus thing and hitting level 60. i sure do hope they do this in ME2. Come to think of it its a shame you dont have something like this in DA:O but it's still an epic game

ME1 is a better game than DAO. If ME2 is better than ME1 it can only be a good purchage.

I wouldn't say 'better.' Different, maybe. It's a futuristic 3rd person shooter, so it's difficult to weigh it up next to a 3rd person hack and slash medieval fantasy. But Mass Effect 2 does look like it will be one of the best RPG's to date.

Definitely Getting ME2.. decided on the PC version. Dont trust my 360, just did a warranty breaking fix on my 3rd rrod... working fine so far, but i dont want to be in the middle of ME2 and have another one happen

Despite my disappointment with ME1, I went ahead and preordered the CE PC version of ME2 two days ago from EA. It's a testament to how much I enjoy BioWare's games that I'm willing to take a blind leap here after having mixed feelings towards the original.

I've preordered the ME2:CE for PC, and I'm looking forward to one-shotting mobs with an Infiltrator again.

It had amazing originality for a modern RPG. I was very impressed - that, and the characters were lovable, the graphics were sublime, and some of the environments were just flat-out stunning.

Ordered collector's edition through EA as Amazon only had the scalper's having it at $140 which is BS - why oh why would I buy it from you guys (who don't actually possess it yet either) at twice what I can get it from the source?? It's so dumb.



Anyway, yes, getting ME2, so I better finish my ME1 game soon. LOL
