I have been playing because... dunno. It's a space magic that draws you always back to ME3 MP.
I bought ME3 like previous MEs for story, I didn't even think I'd play multiplayer... then, after some time I tried multiplayer but got discouraged. After few months in sommer I tried again and I fell into that trap.
I played until now, when I got XBOX and Halo4... but don't worry, I'm buying just now Mass Effect Trilogy to play.
The multiplayer is actually only one mode, only different maps and enemies. But every game is different actually, because of different people you get into teams and everything happens only once. It's like every different new experience.

i still enjoy me3 mp. guess that's why i still play. also just love the different classes, aliens, etc. however i've been juggling time between that, skyrim, and now borderlands 2 so i don't play it nearly as often as i used to.

I completely agree with this. A lot of times its the other people that seem to kee things fresh. Alas I've resorted to soloing with common/uncommon weapons and no equippment or gear to keep it newish.

It's a fun way to kill an hour.

Because there are so many different play styles. Right now it's the Huntress. And friends, of course. It's like a more interesting poker night, every night.

That's the same thing people said about Halo 4 and Borderlands, but they're still here.

Forgot to mention this in my own response! Some days, you want to act like a krogan and blow off the heads of reapers with a shotgun... Other days, you just want to find a comfy nook and snipe things from afar, or blow them up with combos (which is my current thing right now, as evidenced in my other post).

And as another poster mentioned: ME in small chunks, almost whenever you want it. It's nice.

Bite-sized ME tailored to the player. Got it!

I'll keep playing as long as I find it fun. The sheer number of characters, powers, and weapons gives Mass Effect a pretty unique spin on standard third person cover based shooting, and if I have 2 weaknesses in games, it's solid stealth mechanics and unique weapons/abilities.

Also Quarians. Quarians are amazing in every way possible, and even a few that aren't possible.

 I play because it's fun, and because there's nothing else I want to play.  It's low-priority now as far as games go.

For instance, I just picked up the ZoE: HD collection, which is all I'm going to play for the next few days.  Once that is done, I'll be right back in ME3 MP until something else sparks my interest.

In other words, I'm a cheating bastard, but she's always the one I'll come home to.

It's the funnest mp I've played.
ME is my favorite game series, might be a big reason.

And I'm waiting for Ni No Kuni. Though I'll go back to playing the mp when I've completed that game.
