It depends on personal preference. My Shep goes for Ash and Miranda, but Miranda can't have children no matter how many times she tries, well maybe in vitro would help her so my Sheploo goes back to Ashley in ME3. I have tried Tali romance and I must say that her face is really nice, although 3 fingers scare the $*** out of me.
When I play female character in games, I always go for les romances.

To me, Liara wins by a landslide. She can be romanced as early as ME1, it carries over to Lotsb and then again to ME3.

Miranda.. only ME2 and she's got way less content in ME3. She's an interesting character but I don't really care about her romance. Tali, I really like as a friend for my male Shep but not so much as a LI.

I go for Liara. Love the voice Hillis gave her, and by ME2 she´s out of her fangirl gushing and gets more interesting as a character. Miranda was interesting in ME2, but ME3 didn´t follow (why give her such plot armor and then not use her?). Tali always felt like a little sister figure, and the fact that she´s a teenager in ME1 (at 22!) would make me feel really awkward trying to romance her.
