Gee, judging from your avatar, i wonder if you have a conflicting opinion on the subject at hand.I mean it's not like you would just ignore all of the arguements i've brought up simply because of your fanboism towads this specific character. Naah, that'd be just sily.

Tali.

Miranda's romance fizzles out in ME3.

Liara is like the Digestive Biscuit of Romaces, popular and quite nice, but nothing special.

I do think that Liara was a little too "here's your LI" shoved at us, but not worse than, Miranda or Thane.

I am surprised no one mentioned Jack yet. Most of the ME2 LIs were badly short changed compared to Liara and Jack like Tali had a very good friend to lover or in Jack's case, lust to love progression.

I really like the character, yes. Very well deduced. However, I can also acknowledge the flaws in her writing. If you legitimately wanted to know the reasons why, I'd have told you.

Otherwise, you can keep on deflecting and being an idiot.

Miranda and Thane have more redeeming qualities about them, more so than Liara at least.

An Jack's not all that bad,  she's just very cliched example of "Defrosting an Aplha Beech" trope

I am very observative, why thank you.  It was a rhetorical question, if you had a hard time figuring that out.

So in that case, it was just an attempt at pissing people off.

Good job.

I thought that defrosting an alfa beech trope applied more for Miranda.

I liked Jack, would have taken her up on her idea and stole the Normandy and became a pirate.

Ha, I'm hardly nerdraging. You just seem to have it in your head that your opinions are solid facts, which is pretty much the exactly opposite of how an opinion works.

I'm just bringing this to your attention.

Tali is my favourite, Liara just feels too forced and there's just something weird about her, I think. She's a good character, especially in Lair of the Shadow Broker, but I much prefer Tali.

Too bad EDI isn't part of the equation.
I mean, we have human and alien species represented, what we are missing in Shepard's Harem is the Synthetic representative. ;)

Allright, man. Life talk 101.
Opinions are based on facts.
Fact 1 - Liara takes the least amount of time and dialogue to romance and is okay with going for threesome in ME1.
Fact 2 - Liara is always assumed to be Shepard's BFF no matter how you act towards her in any of the games
Fact 3 - Liara is the poster LI for ME games, receiving the most attention and romance scenes from the devs.
Fact 4 - Liara's transition from ME1 to ME2 is disjointed and poorly executed. She never showed her vicious propertlies in the first game.

Well. allright, she was a Phsycopatic Alpha Beetch, but still the trope applies to her
