Playing Single player. Almost every weapon maxxed and max mods. After trying numerous combos - ran playthrough with the Cerebrus harrier level X - Assault stab mod and extended ammo.
Without Exception - blows away EVERY single thing in game with little to no effort. - oh and using Armor piercing ammo.
Atlas - 1 full clip then 2 shots on  next clip.
Cerebrus Shield Bearers - insta kill.
Banshees - 1 1/2 cluips for full kill.

essentially there isn't anything in the game that can stand up to this weapon combo - seems wildly unbalanced - the ammo issue is overcome by the mod for extended ammo and selecting armor combo that enhances the number of thermal clips you can carry.
Specifics : On Thessia - Kai Lang never even got close - I nailed him with 2 clips of ammo twice and cut scene took over.
In TIM office - used grenades and squaddies to take out the extras Kai Lang summoned - Kail Lang himself - 3 clips with the Harrier and he was toast.
every atalas I have met - 1 full clip and a few shots and it blows up.
Banshees - no problem.
Anyone else find this disturbingly unbalanced ?

Well if you want a real laugh, play Infiltrator with Marksman and use the Harrier under Cloak and Marksman at the same time.

Issue is that there has been substantial power creep with DLC weapons and powers, but the enemy HP has remained constant on Insanity. That also ignores the fact that it wasn't balanced all that great in the first place. Only saving grace enemies have are the 100% shield gate, which really only saves them from sniper rifle infiltrators.

As for Kai Leng on Thessia, the last run I played through there I didn't need to shoot him since I just used Sabotage and EDI's Overload, which would strip nearly all his shields. Then Liara could Warp him.

Why would you put stability on a Harrier X? The thing is rock-solid without it.
