The closest thing to it was a message saying "People like you are ruining this game". I had no idea what he was talking about, so I asked. Apparently I was "spamming overpowered powers". I assume he was talking about the Slayer's biotic slash, a power I rarely use because I prefer the phase disruptor. But yeah, people like me are ruining the game.





PS: To balance things out I must say that I have received more positive messages than negative. A guy messaged me after my first ever platinum match saying I was "the best Destroyer he had ever seen." I think it was kinda excessive, but I appreciated it.

Were you on another account? Last I saw a few days ago you had BoB, and whatever challenge points needed, and something like 10k N7, wtf more is there than that?

And on Gold you're as much of a team player as I think anyone who is good should expect. On Gold/Platinum if you're holding someones hand the entire time instead of wiping spawns, and generally kicking @s$, you're just making the game take longer and are in more danger of getting into trouble (because you're not dictating spawns as much).

The only "hate message" I've ever received was kinda my fault, as I was level 1 Bronze and stupidly missed the extraction by a couple seconds (completely forgot and was busy killing crap), so the two lil buddies sent me duplicate messages letting me know I did a good job, and that I was homosexual(not the actual insult, but you get the point.) Certainly was my fault for messing up, just thought it was a bit funny to get that upset about it.

I'd never waste time sending a message to anyone, even leechers... just file complaint/neg. rep. 'em and move on. Theres better things to do, and better players to play with.

maybe becuase the guy who wrote it had 1700 hes played and 23k+ chalenge rating...and no BoB banner either

I think he was taking a jab at the fact that I'm not at the top of the leaderboard for challenge points/N7. Typical "my e-peen is bigger than yours" BS.
