The Blood Dragon Armour and Stone Prisoner content appears in my list on this site after inputting the codes.
I can't find them in the quest list - am I peaking too early and they'll appear in time?

Once the content will have been downloaded on your PC (once connected, check the third tab in the DLC section, from the main menu), one piece (the helm, if I remember correctly) of the Blood Dragon Armour should appear in your inventory, next time you start a game. The other pieces can be purchased from Bodhan (the merchant in your campement).
Under the same conditions (content confirmed as downloaded), the Stone Prisoner quest and content should become available through a new, "golden", location on your world map, the village of "Cordoan", in the southwest corner of the map.
Note that, depending on your Windows version, it might be required that you run the game "as an administrator" in order to make sure the download system is working properly.
