PC is better than console for 2 reasons.

FPS : The pc FPS is by far smoother than Xbox. I instantly saw the difference in texture and movement.

Mature community: Iv played with many from spectre and pugs and I find conversations with them are for the most part pleasant. Not like the kids from xbox that constantly curse in every sentence or either silent and refuse to talk.

Lord sirian is a chatter box ( I like people who talk alot lol)

Conversations with Stardusk are pleasant as he is full of knowledge...

I had many others more than willing to show me the ropes of key bindings and other bloody keyboard mechanics.

DPS: ITS THE SAME I SAW NO DIFFERENCE IN DPS OR ****LEVEL OF AGGRESSION**** its the same. The only difference is controller mechanics.

I have already soloed bronze so Im really getting use to it a little.

I have yet to play with Jay and redjohn

I am only speaking from my experience. I know there is mature people on console jusy havent ran into much.

The cleansing has begun. Now your tranformation will initiate the cycle of rebirth. The console filth will be washed away, and a glorious light will kindle the good an pure in your soul.

Welcome to the land of the gods, brother.

You are brave to restart on PC, I just cannot bring myself to start again even though I know my control with mouse and keyboard is still good from old CS days.

Are we talking the late 90's CS days? That brings back fond memories of milk and cookies after school and the occational "mom and dad are out for the weekend and they left €100 for pizza on the counter LAN-party" at my friends parents (rediculously big) house.

An all caps title and you talk about maturity Caine? *tsk tsk* :P
I'm 33 and on the box - and I'm actually fine with having the "option" of not using the mic when my 8 week old son is sleeping next to me - or to use it when playing with friends - I don't see how that would differ on the PC.

You say there are "several reasons" for PC being better, yet the only things you mention are FPS and a mature community.....
There are plenty adults to play with on any platform - but hey, if you like the PC better, more power to ya - I just don't quite agree with the arguments for it in this particular post.

I'm getting a 'budget' gaming pc soon. Might get ME3 off steam just for dat 60fps. Although starting over from 0 after 500+ hours of play may be daunting.

Great you like your experience. I found that the PC PUGs are not a chatty bunch though.

No worries. I do see where you are coming from - I just don't think it's quite that black and white. But hey, as long as we are having fun eh :)

That is to say the least... These days, if i encounter someone in a PUG that aren't too stupid to open a door, and knows how to communicate, he is instantly on my friends list.

Yep good old 1.3 era CS. Yeah that sounds like my house in the weekends long ago, except the $100 went toward as much beer as it did Pizza :D

I got good enough to get accused of using aimbot on my regular server :S but never had the consistency or dedication to make it far in the local tournament scene.

It took me since release to clock up 260H, restarting just isn't an option for me. Good luck to all those making a mass exodus, looks like a SpecX thing? Ya'll moving to PC?

I think the community on PC may be a little more civilised, but I'm almost certain that it's just because of lack of text chat and easy mailing system that you get that impression.

Well "maturity" is hard to measure, but FPS and ease of controlling (mouse vs stick) are not.

Coupled with the control and maneuverability that a mouse + keyboard gives, both in terms of actual game control but also remapping keys (consumeables controlled with 1 finger is gud), being able to jack out a minimum of 60FPS with maximum resolution, Anti Aliasing, Motion Blur, Dynamic Shadown, 3 Cinematic Lights, Spherical Harmonic Lighting and 16 x Anisotropic Filtering is enough for me to not want to go console any time soon.

Your second reason is useless because you were talking about the game its self NOT who plays it. Also FPS is different for every person who have a computer, some can't even play it. But everyone who has a Xbox can play Mass Effect 3

I beg to differ, yes using a Mouse may be easer to snipe people, but it is much easer for me to use some thumbsticks then a mouse when using a assult rifle

The first and only time I played with Stardusk, he Killer and I chatted about Gun Control.

But I'm going to pretend I didn't say that because you know how people are.

Getting humiliated by Jay (lol quarian soldier with saber) is one reason I could think to go to console...
