I was jusr curious my spec not much diff not enough to make massive diff but i die really easily sometimes even on Bronze which i crazy. What is u r internet spec, r there any settings u recommend for maximising perf in MP. It's lightening fast in SP which makes me think EA servers?

I joined PC ranks myself back in October. I enjoy it more than console now due to the reasons you mention. Only go back to xbox for weekend challenges and if I want to try out new characters that I can't seem to unlock on PC due to restarted manifest. Welcome to the club.

If single player runs smooth then I dont see why MP wont, unless your internet isn't as good. Your connection depends on your area and how many people in your house is sharing bandwidth. Also the bandwidth pipe line which is how much bandwidth you are given by your ISP

Now I just need to get my ram next week and come up with $160 for a processor and slap it all together in my CM storm trooper.

If I'm successful in my job interview on tuesday I may well be able to put together a long awaited upgrade to my current ghetto-2000 model hardware.

Consider me envious of all the sexy hardware you guys are in possession of.

Hey, i must say.

Today Caineghis did his first Gold solo on PC duoing with me.

I got instakilled by a Banshee at the beggining of the wave and he did all objectives ( 1234 dissables ) and killed everyone except for the banshee that killed me.

The thing is, when he only had that banshee left, he forgot for a moment how to move on PC and got sync killed, it was AWESOME

I know Cain will be a great player on PC too when he gets used to it, i hope it will be soon.

I was reading this thread the other evening on my IPhone when someone claimed the PC had superior/directional sound.

I beg to differ on this point as my Xbox is connected optically for 5.1 to a £2.5k 7.1 AV Receiver PLUS subwoofer and speakers. Thats what you call superior and directional.

As for ghetto hardware, you should see what I'm working with (thankfully I upgraded my gpu a few weeks back). Stock early 2000s model hp with a bit of extra ram, a basic TB HDD and, well, that's about it.

Invest some more money in an intel i7 2600k or 2700k. It's worth every penny. AMD sucks
