Save your money.  Unless you are planning to run dolby live out to something.  The built in card works fine for most games.  I have a sound card in only one system at home,  so I can pipe out 5.1/7.1 to a stereo as dolby digital.

We got an xbox for xmas, was wondering if I should get ME3 on it, or just stay on the PC.  I have a full manifest on the PC, so I would juist be goofing around.  Did your promotional weapons move over when you switched platforms?  I would be more inclined to get it on the xbox if they moved over instead of starting purely from scratch.

I think though that there is easily 3 times the number of Xbox players when compared to PC though...I believe that was the result of one of the challenge weekends where the xbox community beat it by themselves...

One thing though is that the pc community appears to be growing...about a week after the start of retaliation, I checked the challenge boards (and assuming you have to use unique ID per account), we were at 50k for PC users who had at least 10 challenge points.

Currently we're sitting at 90k.....

Sometimes even with this spec ME3 runs slightly slowly, just wondered if it's EA servers.  I mainly use for photo-editing and vid-editing.  I don't like waiting...

I think the community on PC may be a little more civilised, but I'm almost certain that it's just because of lack of text chat and easy mailing system that you get that impression.

Most 12-year-olds also don't have a PC capable of gaming.

They also don't even pay for their own XBox Live. Hence why they're usually the hackers in a given gaming session.

Beastly setup. Somewhat similar to my new one I just built but you have me beat in a few areas. I use mine for graphic design and illustration also.
