Well, actually I do want to say more...
Overclock on CPU can go higher but 4.0 ghz is enough to not cause a bottleneck in games.
I chose this motherboard because of the slot layout, it has an extra slot between my video card and processor for my audio card, there is enough space between the video cards to make sure they don't overheet and it has the same bandwidth as other motherboards for this CPU type (8x when run in SLI).
HAF X is the best case ever, my temps on the video cards don't go over 70 degrees when at full load and this without turning the fans to the max.
