Hi, I have been trying to join BSN forums for months now !!!. Played all the Dragon Age and Mass Effect games and I am enjoying the Mass Effect multiplayer online experience to distraction.Yet I Still  "  DONT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS TO COMMENT " .I have contacted ORIGIN who said go to FAQ which I have done countless times.I arrive at Redeem Code ,which doesnt make any sense to me since i presume my redeem code is the same code as the one i used to initiate my online pass ,or is the redeem code an entirely different proposition ?. It is not that i have many interesting comments to make ,but more for the improvements i can make in my multiplayer game.Any suggestions are most welcome thanks.

You haven't been able to get technical "Help" here. All of the unofficial Help, other than for pure SITE problems, has been exiled from the Social Site. EA Help has always been the only Official Tech Support. Until a couple of months ago, there had been separate forums for SELF-HELP with game problems. All of those are locked, but none of them were for SITE problems, anyway.

Very specifically, EA doesn't want any ME-3 game players seeking to get Help outside the prescribed limits. There is now a Self-Help forum for the ME-3 game's tech discussions, at Answers.HQ.Com -- but that's GAME problems there.

This Site still has a place where you can complain about not being able to register, but there's really nowhere withinin Social's boundaries, to go to get anything actually done, outside of EA Help.

The thing you have to deal with regarding official help, is that although the Game Advisers they hire aren't required to be anything beyond mere muppets, parroting the scripts in their guide books, some few of them actually know how to think, and to assist in problem solving. The problem is that via the eMail you almost never connect to one of those few.

If you are in a locale for which Live Chat is a valid option, you can just keep trying different Muppets until suddenly you hit it lucky, and find one of the good ones that knows something, or knows how to find it for you.

As noted, for problems with the site, there's a forum Here. I'm not sure if I understand your problem correctly, but in order to post in game-specific forums, you have to register your game on this site, which is I assume, the code that is being asked for.

For PC games, it's the game code that comes in the manual that you use when installing the game. For some games (like PS3 or XBOX games) that don't require a code when installing, you use the UPC code from the box. Hopefully that helps. If not, please toss a thread on the site help forum. I know the devs are far more likely to see it there, as I believe they check that forum more frequently.
