For me, it's the Collectors. Shepard took care of them, they shouldn't be around now.

Know how I can tell? Because they're still here. Canon is flexible like that, provided you're an official writer - MP isn't a fanfic, you know. They also attacked Palaven.

quarian hips....

I mean, they're so amazing it's unreal

Fun fact: quarian women don't have exceptional hips - they have teeny tiny waists.

That said:

The sync-kills of Praetorians, Scions, and Brutes.
Praetorians: Getting bloodily stabbed in both shoulders and thighs does no damage whatsoever, but getting lovetapped on the head knocks you out in one.
Scions: Get up and dodge, you f$£@ing idiot!
Brutes: OK, getting slammed on the ground that hard might kill you in real life, but this is Mass Effect. An RPG. With hit points. And fall damage that barely tickles a volus. Although doing more damage to krogan because of how heavy they are might make sense.

People thinking geth are cheap - I mean, shooting while staggered might be iffy, but that much is mutual cheapness, as our GPSes can do that too. And better. And remind me exactly why stunlock being annoying equates toward it being unfair? It doesn't.

Why I can't recruit my characters onto the Normandy - forget James Vega, aquire Blake Gunther (Destroyer). With enough promotes, I'll only need Shepard for his Reputation stat! :innocent:

Top-heavy krogan being harder to stagger. They would realistically be easier - although game balance so I'll give you that one.

People who think krogan should regenerate health at better percentages than other species. Grunt is a GM krogan, for pete's sake, his regen may help him in battle, but for most krogan it's just too slow.

How turian special forces are in most cases inferior than standard turian grunts, or Cabal troopers - but their Infiltrators are outright overpowered.

How our geth can emit enemy-melting pulses of shield energy by simply lying down as if in prayer - but enemy geth are reduced to clouting you with their guns. You'd think the Reaper husk geth would have better tech.

Yes- its the ratio that is so enticing. Good ratios are sexy. I need to remember that when I enroll in avanced math classes when I go back to school ;)

Charge d****t! why won't you charge when I tell you to!

Oh tell me about it. Charge pathfinding bugging out at the wrong times is the worst part about playing a vanguard.

Well, that and when enemies wind up their melee attacks at the instant you press the key for Charge, so you're immediately hit by an elbow/claw/clap etc. to the face after coming out of the animation. Particularly awesome when combined with....

The barriers failing to recharge glitch that happens after about 5-7.5% of Charge uses. :bandit:

-praetorian lasers cut through everything
-quarian/geth/salarian hop is useless
-turians can roll between covers but not while in the open
-batarian heavy melee being that slow
-batarians need a tad more mobility, a simple hop is enough, but him having more shields counteracts his ability to roll or hop
-geth bleeding when shields are down
-geth dying from getting stabbed
-geth using medigel
-geth having HP and not armour
-that even guardians have better accuracy then cerberus's sniper unit (nemesis)
-insta-180-sync kills when trying to run behind a unit
-phantoms just checking you out while you bleed, then a random unit 20 miles away starts walking to stomp you
-phantoms not stomping you
-nemesis being such a bad sniper
-cerberus engineer sounds like a chick
-atlas missle
-collector captain accuracy
-did i mention the absolute bull**** of collector captains
-geth not charging like they did in every other game
-m76 revenant is bloody useless
-m55 argus is bloody useless
-harrier does more damage then its semi auto brother (mattock)
-did i mention collector captains?

Why do geth have to keep the overheated PPR or CSMG/CAR away from their head?
Also when I play platinum, why don't the Cerberus Engineers repair damaged Geth Primes per se? Why only Atlases? How come the Banshee doesn't get confused and attack a Dragoon, instead of me when I play as a Phoenix class?
Run, the lore is broken! Now I demand ex-geth male asari turian hybrid, with three ******.

In all fairness, real life modern day snipers using a M82 Barrett .50 caliber is about the same.

The Asari that aren't Justicar's having a passive skill called 'Asari Justicar', that bugs me more than it should. I assume that they are either commando's or just Asari soldiers fighting in the war. I suppose Geth fighting Geth is my biggest annoyance, but I can just assume that before Rannoch there were friendly Geth (which there were) fighting unfriendly Geth like heretics. And then after Rannoch, I don't know, maybe there were still some Geth out there still under the influence of Reapers but not in the main Geth fleet.

Another thing that sometimes annoys me is Alien characters with helmets on (Like Retaliation Turian's and Krogan Vanguard and Adept), I don't mind humans so much though. I love playing as an all alien group with no characters with helmets on, just feels very diverse. Also maybe things like certain factions in places that they shouldn't be. And for two Volus characters being ultra rare, I feel like they should have done this with other characters if they would actually be rare in combat, for example:
Asari Justicar Adept
All N7 characters
Krogan Battlemaster Vanguard and Shaman Adept
Project Phoenix Vanguard and Adept

Those are characters that would be rare in combat, and I think they should even do that (even just labelling them as Ultra-Rare but making them Rare like they did with Volus Engineer and Adept would be acceptable), or better yet making the two Volus characters Rare like other characters. Also this is a really small complaint but the Turian Sentinel being Uncommon bugs me because there is no Uncommon Krogan, who were in the original multiplayer, but there are two Uncommon Turian's. And the Sentinel's wouldn't be Uncommon but would be Rare because Turian's don't normally have biotics. Volus and Collector's in multiplayer do not bother me at all, I think they fit in with the lore to a certain extent. I can pretty much justify or 'headcanon' anything above that I mentioned anyway, so I don't get too worked up about it.

When fourth place in a Gold lobby starts yelling at me in Italian, right after he gets Banshee grabbed.

All right! Guy! I get it! No I don't but would you please stop yelling at me in a language I don't speak!

Seriously, the fact that Krogans don't regenerate health bugs me. You'd think every time you went into Rage you'd get a couple bars back, or that Rage would regenerate health ala Bloodlust. Non-Kroguard melee builds would be a lot more forgiving on higher difficulties.

I think I'd be fine with Krogan health regen if their shields/barriers were scaled back.

Not to Vorcha levels, but then again, they shouldn't regenerate as fast as Vorcha.

Krogan having notably high health is mandatory due to lore, but shield/barrier strength is based on technological prowess/biotic ability. Why the Quarians have such low shields compared to Batarians or Krogan is a bit puzzling to me (I know it's a game mechanics thing, but just stepping back a bit and all).

I get what you're saying there, but too much in one direction or another and managing shield/health gate for one race becomes exactly like another.  I'd have loved to see a mechanic where AFTER you get Rage as a Krogan, every melee kill you perform restores health.  Plays differently enough from Vorcha, and you could get away with dropping shields down to say base human levels for a krogan while still giving a massive health pool.

Oh well.  Nobody ever listens to us, holdenagincourt.

I used to be on a target shooting Rifle team back in highschool. We of course, only used air guns for our purpose. I was quite good- and I would be awed to find out there are some RL snipers out there using a weapon with such heft and unwieldy form that can actually run with it and dance and still do headshots reliably. I mean- I remember having to go prone, hold properly and counting breaths to get my shots on the target FFS.

The fact that Turians, Krogans, Batarians, etc can't at least side-step. Doesn't matter how big and slow you are, you can still side-step.

Throwing a grenade (or any other power for that matter) while "invisible" makes it do almost twice as much damage.

Why do the enemies on Dagger who are clearly hiding underneath the map (where else can they hide?) only come up 8 at a time.
