Some changes/additions:
N7 Paladin Sentinel: snap freeze primes protected enemies for Cryo explosions. Probably a bug. Also, any kind of explosions detonated by said skill occurs on the player's character. Probably a bug as well.
N7 Paladin Sentinel: sometimes energy drain will nor work right off-host.
Blade Armor: damage returned evo works right. It's the ability itself which is not working right on gold/platinum (reference:
http://social.biowar.../index/14414699).
Biotic Charge: occasionally will get you killed at the end of the charge. Also plenty of other problems. Most bugged power in the entire game. There's more than a thread about that, can't find them now though.
Annhilation field: sometimes it will get reversed, and that's a pain in the ass.
Collectors: I don't think Praetorians having a big sync-range is a problem/bug. Not at all. You should remove that.
Geth - Rocket Troopers shooting two (
or even three) rockets at once.
Geth - Hunters shooting while meleeing,
staggered, on the floor, lifted, or even stasied. Sometimes even after being killed.
Dagger (Hazard) -
On Platinum On any difficulty, it gives half as much ammo/grenades as other maps.
It's pretty much all I can think of right now. If I come up with something more, I'll write here.
Edit: crap, we forgot something important. The Drone glitch. Sometimes that objective gets bugged and you have to quit the mission/make the host quit and restart the wave. Very annoying.
Edit 2:
Phantom DR only working on host.
Sound: sometimes it will get glitched, and I won't hear sounds for the entire match. I cannot seem to find any dependence on map/difficulty/enemy.
Electrical slash: the evolution which gives bonus to the damage of combos is broken.

Turian stability. Usually doesn't work off-host.
