PS3 Collectors freeze on hazard and earth maps often (gold or plat)=potentially damaging to PS3 system, requires a hard reset of machine

Oh yeah I heard of that. I play on PC luckily, but that's possibly the worst problem around.

Enemies sometimes 'stack' when dropping from the ceiling, mostly on Reactor, leading to them becoming seemingly invincible. Apparently they may actually be in a different position than they appear, as sometimes they can be dealt with by aiming somewhere above.
Banshees sometimes get stuck if they teleport and end up in one of the overlook-type spawn areas that enemies can drop down from, like in Firebase Ghost and Firebase White.

Not game breaking or even inconvenient, but I haven't seen it on the BSN yet.

Okay, so I messed around with this last night. I don't think it's a Drell issue. It's a GPSMG + CSR/PPR issue. If you use either of the recharging beam weapons on a character, and then switch over to the GPSMG, the SMG appears to fire at full speed. I tested this with all three Drell, the Geth Trooper, TSoldier and TSent.
But, I also don't think there is any benefit to it. It appears to be an audio only glitch. The sound of the gun plays at full speed the rest of the match, but the visual and damage seems to indicate that it is still warming up like normal.

--Dark Sphere has chances it won't fire. You'll do the animation but nothing happens. Host/off Host doesn't matter. Seems more likely to occur if you constantly detonate the dark spheres.
--Ascension mode doesn't engage electirc highlights of character model
Geth Juggernaut-
--Hex shield doesn't block Geth Prime shots, Ravenger missles, Scion grenades, or Praetorian eyelasers.
Krogan (all charactes)-
--There's been reports of the melee's not locking on correctly or causing random movement of the krogan. I've encountered this is as host/off host as the warlord, though others are saying it's happening with other krogan kits. You'll swing the hammer, and suddenly you facing what was behind you and you've moved 5 feet from where you were standing.
Talon Mercenary-
--Cain Mine has chances it won't detonate when enemy walks through lasers.

Additionally on the single player campaign recent release of the Xbox 360 Citadel DLC (this may apply if playing the game straight from the DVD without installing it on the HDD), there is a bug after the final battle in the Normandy cargo bay when back in Shepherd's apartment. When using the Private Terminal to invite some guests to the apartment after reading certain e-mails, any characters invited AFTER JAMES ARE DENIED or the FMV interactions will not play for other characters, even if leaving the apartment via the main elevator door and returning. The sequence would appear as JAMES walking in to check out the punching bag again when after inviting another character to the apartment. Hard to say how this comes about, yet I use an Xbox 360 Elite console so it makes me wonder if it's a memory full problem due to the size of the Citadel DLC.
If this happens to others then be sure to save after the Citadel campaign mission and before inviting JAMES. Make JAMES the absolute LAST CHARACTER invited to the apartment and interacted with before commencing the party or sending out the invitations, only when it seems there are NO MORE NEW MESSAGES received on the Private Terminal from other characters.

N7 shadow issues- shadow strike vs phantoms. you cloak and then you shadow strike the phantom in the back, sometimes it does no damage and then you're attacked while still invisible(this is being able to use one power while staying cloaked). being shot down by atlas and every other enemy while cloaked( what's the point if everyone can see you?) unable to shadow strike atlas now, why?.
phantoms- they become immune to every type of attack, biotics, bullets, tech, grenades, biotic explosions. why when they're warped or dark channeled can't they be hit with throw until the 5th throw? why when lashed are they able to instantly float to their feet? why can they block lash they lashes through barriers and sheilds? they also avoid smash. why can they walk around corners already shooting you? why can they shoot you from 1000m away with a hand pistol and do full damage? the only effective thing on phantoms and it isn't always is the acolyte but sometimes it does not damage. n7 slayer has moments where the phase disrupter and biotic wave doesn't effect them. ok to wrap up phantoms, they cheat in every way possible, fix them.
vanguard charge- when you go to biotic charge, sometimes it fails and does not activate, it just resets your power so you can try again which by that time you could be dead. sometimes you have to press the Y button a million times on an enemy before biotic charge works, like after using a Nova and you desperately need the BC and it just won't activate.
medigel bull and revives- why is a phantom facing away from you fighting a teamate able to instant kill you with it's back turned while you're standing up from being revived? moments where you're surrounded and you have medigels, but the never ending cycle death begins as soon as you stand up, making medigel pointless, you don't have time to pull out a missile launcher or use a ops pack.
ops pack- doesn't engage until you're dead sometimes, you watch your dead body get shielded and by the time you stand up, you're missing two ops packs.
objectives- what's with the objectives on plat in the middle of the map surrounded and geth bombers preventing any chance of reviving teamates? it's not impossible to beat, it's just super cheap and annoying, a way to waste of your missiles and medigels and everything else.
enemy grenades- how can they launch a grenade through any small crack from anywhere on the map? super bs.
geth pyro- burning you from 100ft away.
atlas- homing missiles from space, you can't teleport away, roll away, biotic charge through, nothing, by chance you dodge one every now and then or shoot one down. and no one ever mentions their main gun that shoots 5 shots and can hit you from any small space, peaking around a corner getting hit by it, cheat.
ooo Dragoons- how do they jump whip, instant gun out at full speed and accuracy? why are they faster then sonic? melee keeps them from attacking, but you can't melee one while surrounded by 5 lol their attacks are like miniguns.
instant grab bs- how do you get grabed out of a biotic charge before the attack finishes? that's bs, medi gel up and instant grabbed bs, sprint passed a phantom or banshee, get magnetic pulled back 50ft to die.
all power delays or power lag.
n7 Adapt- you have annihilation field on and somehow can't throw effect enemies for a biotic explosion.
teleport bs- moments where you just can't seem to teleport through one wall or downstairs to escape a enemy... as soon as the enemy is dead, the problem is gone and you can teleport through anything. teleport away from an enemy right into some random room with a fresh turret...
turrets- can shoot through every small space available.
missiles- sometimes after a direct hit on an atlas or banshee, no one dies or sometimes takes no damage.. bs. or they get left with armor.
Banshee- teleport through a wall and instant grab you. i just took out two banshees, why are you so special to instant kill me? and you were the last one.
geth bombers- takes two powers for one power to hit them every time.
geth prime- pulse rifle that hits you before you even know where he is and stuns you to get hit by every attack, how do random turrets end up behind you?
collectors- cheat all around, especially cpt. God.
that's it for now... fix the multiplayer bs plz.

No credit after game is completed, despite being present in credit waves.
I can verify this one. It happens a lot to me lately and I'm not happy about it.
It might be after the game was idle for some time, because I only return to the game from time to time to play a quick game and then let it sit again.
The last time it happened, I gained 32000ish credits and 7 Levels (Silver game with Level 1 character) and when I found myself in the lobby, I had neither gained the credits NOR the XP and were still a Level 1 Engineer.
So please update the bug description to include the experience.
UPDATE: The Server seems to track the credits and XP anyways. The game after the described one I recieved both the XP and the credits that were missing from the previous game in addition to those I earned in this game.
