I was just wondering is Mass Effect 3 Omega dlc worth getting or is it a waste of money and forget about getting it. I want to know your guy's opinion?

I loved it. 5 variations on the endings, and lots of Aria. I'll take it. You get exactly what is advertised. If that is worth the price to you, then get it. If you not (like if you could care less about Aria) then don't. It is expensive.

I have heared that the Omega DLC was more expensive then any other DLC Bioware ever created

I bought it despite the many "not necessarily worth the money" warnings, so I guess I deserve seeing it as "not really worth the money". It has some nice action but the story isn't very engaging and it's ultimately very forgettable. As part of the larger story it didn't really work for me either - okay, so you're fighting Cerberus (again...), but it just seemed out of place compared with the greater narrative.

If I screwed something up in a playthrough and needed a few hundred EMS I'd go out of my way to play it again, but it's not something i'd generally do.

If you don't mind the price, i'd say you could go ahead and try it, but it's not something I'd give more than a tepid endorsement of.

Omega is not polished as other good parts of ME3. A few more datapads, a few more familiar faces, a few more stories and it could be as good as leviathan.

It's enjoyable. Aria and Nyreen are great. There is a little too much combat, however, and it is overpriced. I personally enjoyed it more than Overlord. Just don't expect anything fantastic.
I would agree with a score of 7/10.

It was filler material that added nothing to the main story.

It struck me a very meh, a few good things like a class specific interrupt but over all not worth the $15, wait for a sale.

did the DLC give you a new squad mate, combat armor, casual clothing, weapon mods, or a new weapon or were we left high and dry with only the omega DLC

Is this new weapon new to the mass effect universe or have we seen it in the multiplayer mode, and the same question goes for the two powers as well?

Overpriced but was enjoyable. I was honestly expecting more for the price. But yeah, it still had good moments.

Are you a huge Aria fanboy/fangirl? If so, get it, otherwise I don't think it's worth it.

Aside for a good amount of glitches, it's actually pretty good at what it is. Problem is, all it really is is not much more than just a shooting fest with a lot of barely interactive cutscenes.

The batarian preacher.

@OP: It was good, but overpriced. Leviathan took me longer to complete then Omega, even with BioWare boasting about how Omega was "the largest DLC to date" and how it was "twice as long as their largest current DLC" .

I agree that Omega was overpriced even more so for most regions since few regions actually got the half descent price. All in all i liked Omega especially 2 scenes in particular...first being Nyreens sacrifice and second being Aria burst through the front doors of Afterlife it was badass.

Didn't like the fact that we couldn't revisit the ME2 Omega for our troubles but i can't say i didn't expect that to happen either. The Adjutants were confronting in a good way walking through the darkness with all those noises going on gets the heart beating a little. I just hope they make it to multiplayer because we could use a few less ravagers lumbering about shooting annoying lasers at you every two seconds.

Well, the DLC adds a new cabin item
It does not allow you Squad-mates to taken on the mission.
Aria, badass, and Nyreen the Turian Cabal and first Female Turian in the Series as temporary Squad-mates don't even do a comment after the Omega DLC is finished
You encounter the Batarian Prophet and Harrot
New Areas of Omega to Explore
New enemies
New Mission location for Aria Bunker
Specific class Interrupt(Only for Engineers).
Bugs, altough I think that it may be fixed
New power(Powers, don't remember)

What do you think?
