Well, the DLC adds a new cabin item
It does not allow you Squad-mates to taken on the mission.
Aria, badass, and Nyreen the Turian Cabal and first Female Turian in the Series as temporary Squad-mates don't even do a comment after the Omega DLC is finished
You encounter the Batarian Prophet and Harrot
New Areas of Omega to Explore
New enemies
New Mission location for Aria Bunker
Specific class Interrupt(Only for Engineers).
Bugs, altough I think that it may be fixed
New power(Powers, don't remember)
What do you think?
that sounds somewhat cool actually but how much does it cost in microsoft pooints though.

I can't really say that about any other dlc for ME that I can recall - the others I play through for the story, not the combat. And since I play ME for the story and not the combat, it takes one hell of a combat-oriented dlc to keep my interest there. Omega does, remarkably.
It's overpriced for what it is.
On plus side, it improves pace of game a lot, if you like that sort of
thing.
Only if you play it immediately after the Citadel Coup, making the Coup-Omega a new sort of story arc. Which you should. Because that is the only place that it makes sense in the story and it dramatically improves pacing if you put it there. I mean, it's unbelievable how much it improves it.

Serious note, loving Dragonborn for Skyrim, expensive... but unlike Omega, added a revisitable place, tons of new stuff etc.

The reason why Aria stays on the citadel: she can better control Omega from there.
The reason you can not visit Omega: non given.
Omega is a decent shooter, with a thin story, but dosnt really fit into ME3. Having an influence on Arias character is nice, but not very impactful. calling it 5 different outcomes, is to much. I would rather call it 5 variations of one and the same scene.
Would personally prefer a Tutchanka/ Rannoch style outcome.
