I cleared the abandoned warehouse complex in Denerim and after the final battle with the Bloodmage I acquired a bedroom key. I backtracked through the complex and either I missed it, or there is no bedroom there. Where will I use this key?

You don't actually need the key if your lockpicking is high enough, I once unlocked the door, then got the key. It isn't labled bedroom, it does have a bed in it, however.

It's right outside the last room where you fight the head bloodmage. You can enter the room if you have a good lock-picking rogue as well.

The bedroom is the side room in the hallway from which you enter the last fight room. You can pick the lock to the door and that may be why you can't seem to find it - because you went in it already.
