I tried to redeem the code, it said it worked and I made sure I was on my account. Know, I followed the instructions to get the item and one said "you will get one instantly" but I didn't...what's the issue?

same here i even gotten the message in the game but did not get anyone understand what they mean by this: You may need to refresh your wallet balance in-game before content will appear in-game.

Supposedly the Steam servers are out on the PC, so possibly a link to Xbox 360 for any one else on a 360.
