I'm one of those people that HAS to finish all quests that I get in my characters journal. But one of the quests that I got I cannot do. It's the one from the Chantry Board, where you have to find Jowan again (If you released him from the Redcliff Dungeons and let him go). But, of course, there is that glitch that automatically gives you the quest, but at the same time, the Chantry Board says I don't have it. Here is my question: Is there anyway to fix this? I know that if I were on pc, I could just remove the quest from my journal with the codes, and then reactivate in. My problem, is that I am on the Xbox. So, is there anyway to fix it on the Xbox?

As far as I know, the bug is that the quest never actually fires (that is, you should encounter it as a world map random encounter, but you never will). The only way to do it is hack into the console if you are on the PC. So short answer is, I'm afraid not - quest is simply not possible on XBox.

Ah. Thought so. I knew that the quest was originally suppossed to be a random encounter, but then the devs changed it to a Chantry Board Mission (or Vice versa). Conflicting files suck.... Too bad I don't have it on pc, or I would hack it, and then import it back. Oh well. Thanks for the answer.

Being a chantry quest doesn't mean it can't be a random encounter - there are a couple where you complete the quest via random encounter (dead mage and abomination, and the last blackstone irregulars quest as examples). What bioware did is remove it from a random encounter and add a world map location, but forgot to actually make the world map icon appear.
