Two newbie questions:

I have the code from my PC game to download the dragon armor, but it does not appear in my available downloads when I log into my account. The only one I could download (with the provided codes) was the Stone Prisoner.

Secondly, how do I know if I need a given patch? I haven't found a place where I can check my version number.

Does the Blood Dragon Armor appear on your Registered Game Promotions Page? If it doesn't, but you think you have successfully redeemed your code then you will need to contact EA support at http://help.dragonage.com



If it does show up on the registered game promo page, then it has been successfully redeemed for your account and you just need to troubleshoot the downloading process. There is a great post which has details on all the various things to try to fix problems with downloadable content.



You can check the game version number by clicking the "Configure" button in the game launcher. Then click on "Game" in the configure app and you can see the version number.

Thanks for the prompt reply! The Blood Dragon Armor does not appear on my Registered Game Promotions Page, nor did I try to use the code, for I wasn't sure where to enter it. (I successfully downloaded the Stone Prisoner from the code on the reverse side of the card.) Guess I need to email EA support.

I feel pretty dumb! I thought the code needed to be entered from within the game DLC. After reading the code card a dozen times or so, I realized what to do! Thanks for your help and patience.
