I only promote for a weekend challenge. The minor challenges mean nothing to me but a commendation pack is always nice.

Don't say that too loud.  If there's another promotion challenge, my nice even number will be ruined and I'm going to blame you.

720: promoted to respec back before respec cards starting dropping all the time for me, plus two promote weekends. I'll stay here forever, I think, unless I feel differently when N7 Mastery is the only banner I have left.

I remember you from the Ubi forums way back when, around AC:B-time.

Also, I sometimes wish I had a sub-1000 N7 rating.  I've watched people take equipment OFF when they come into a Gold lobby and see me, and I'm not that good.

It is a gentlemen's game. I don't care about it going higher on the old Xbox as 800 is a solid, Round segment. But on PC, I just have to destroy these people. Destroy them hard.

I could've had a much higher rank, but I wasn't playing for some months, becaus of other games, watching all of Friends, watching anime and other stuff.
I've played mostly bronze and silver, started playing gold just a few days ago. Becaus I'm so tired of just getting 30k from silver, 15k from bronze

I promote the classes, becaus I want to complete that challenge.
When I'm done, I probably won't promote anymore. Unless I make crappy builds.

It still blows me away that people kick based on N7 rating alone (post-120, of course).

I dunno mines like 8 hundred something. I was an even 360 (hurr durr it's funny because I'm on Xbox 360), but then I am doing the promotion challenge. Now I've stopped promoting to level up characters to save up the credits, because silver and gold doesn't give as much credits as gold and plat.

N7 rank 2057. My goal is to get in the top 1000 players. That was around N7 3000 or so maybe a couple months back. Probably closer to 3500 now. And working on the challenge as I go, is nice.

Why promote and re-level a character that already has an optimal build simply for numbers that mean nothing. They mean even less than nothing with challenge points.

810. I raised it first to 300-ish, then to 560-ish, then to 750. The motivation was to not get kicked. Now it's 810, because I thought I'll be doing the promotions for N7 banner. I was wrong, had enough after 2.

mine is 1400 something. I promote to reset powers but more often it is so i don't waste the xp from character cards.

I promoted characters early on, but then realized it would **** up single player, to which I do intend to yet return. So that's the one challenge I'll be missing from BotB.
