Yeah these BSNers don't know how good they've got it here. If they spent any time over at AC's cesspit of complaining and flaming, they'd have a bit more appreciation for BioWare and these forums I think.

I was sitting at 420 for awhile because I just found it funny that I landed on that particular number unintentionally. Mildly ironic too. But yeah, I promoted all my characters awhile back and now i'm sitting at 597.

5040, because I quit promoting heavily around 3000 something, but wanted the BoB Banner (completionist). I used to promote because I felt the highly present character cards were a waste otherwise. I also enjoy starting new characters in rpg's so I actually enjoyed having weaker characters to level up again. It also was a great way to continuously try out new builds. I'm sick of it at this point, but will promote two more times to hit 5100 because it looks better than 5040. I'll wait until new characters are released though.

I promoted for a little while until I got tired of levelling up all the classes again. Then the promotion challenge became available & now I want the banner. Then I realised if I saved my credits for longer I could avoid a lot of tedious levelling & get some new characters in the process.

I'm also mildly amused about my current N7 rank as I have a 1080p monitor.

i play a character to lvl 20 then promote,
I constantly get charecter cards to boost charecters I'm not currently using.
I Iike to try new builds,
Promoting forces me to use classes I wouldn't use if I didn't have to.

Plus I get to surprise N7-RANK fanboys who think that N7 mean everything when it comes to a player, I like to prove them wrong when I carry the team for them.

I have a personal goal to sort of break the game a little. I plan on getting it high enough so that the war assets from Spec Ops alone can get me the best possible ending. Even if I am at 50% readiness.

I've stopped for now to take a break and because of other things no one here cares about.

In the beginning I thought that the N7 rating would be added to the EMS in SP. It took me some time to realize that only the number of promotions would be added. And by that time I had reached ~2200.

After that, I went for the Mass Effect banner, and now I sit at N7 4020.

P.S. I did whatever possible to stop at 4000, but it was already too late.

I'm at 543 because I don't care if I ever get it to 544. I'm perfectly happy right where I am. I'm in the top 5% N7, top 3% leaderboard - what else do I need to accomplish? I'll never be as good as most of you gold/plats in here, so there's no reason for me to chase down a number that only makes me LOOK as good when I'm really not.

I'll chase down a challenge if it's fun and worth it, but I couldn't care less what is does to my rank - I just like free Comm Packs. My rank is high enough so that I don't get kicked out for looking like a noob, so it's all gudnuff.

I... I don't even know what my N7 Rating is.
Too lazy to promote and pay attention to that kind of stuff. Unless it's a challenge, in that case, I do it, another Eagle is always a welcome addition.

Mine is at 2070 and so it will stay. I only promoted exactly as much as I had to for weekend ops and the n7 challenge because I can't stand promoting.
