N7 HQ, which you have linked in your sig, says you're N7 628. No one on BSN cares that you want to appear too hipster to remember your N7.El_Chala_Legalizado wrote...
I... I don't even know what my N7 Rating is.
Too lazy to promote and pay attention to that kind of stuff. Unless it's a challenge, in that case, I do it, another Eagle is always a welcome addition.

After I finished the promotions challenge, I realized one more promotion would get me to N7 3000 even. Despite hating promotions and all that is associated with them by this time, I went ahead and did it. Now that I'm sitting at 3000, I keep thinking 5000 isn't that far off, and 5 is a better number than 3.
Anyway, why is your N7 rating what it is right now? Are you chasing a ranking on the leaderboard? Are you in the middle of the promotion challenge? Do you not care? Do you smoke a lot of the so-called "reefer"?
Mine hit 3000 recently. I'm not actively trying to climb the leaderboard. I just like to get a character to 20 then promote/reset it to level one so I can challenge my play ability on higher difficulty setting's with low level characters. That way, when it becomes a high level damage dealig character I'll have the ability to play whereby I do lots of damage and play in the style of take no damage.
I'm often getting through 5-6 rounds without dying, thanks largely to resting the characgter and forcing better understanding of who to play them as a result.

i want to getting highest EMS for single player, so I don't need to sweat more on MP only to increase my readines.
now i have 10000+ EMS and if my readiness dropped to 50%, i still have 5000+. The max requirements for having a better ending.
sorry for my bad grammar

Played ~500 hours of multiplayer.
Before I buy packs, I promote get more levels, level to 20, promote, buy packs. Now that I have all the Characters my n7 rank has slowed but I average around 20-60 when I play every now and then.

My N7 is 4,150. I don't expect it to exceed 4,200 ever. I might do one more to make it to a nice number like 4,200 rather than 4,170, but after that challenge, **** promotions. Hard.
lol yeah i have 5 more to go, promotions that is, and i will be around 3500 ish...... NO MOAR promotions for me ty

I stopped there. Thats when I got bored of promoting.
Funny thing is, a guy that I met in the demo and quickly became my best gamer bud also stopped there.
Totally unplanned. We only noticed last week.
Just shows how little we look at our own Ratings... lol

I was serious when I wrote that comment: I don't remember my N7 rating because I stopped paying attention to it after 500.
And last time I checked, being honest doesn't mean that I'm a hipster... We don't have those in my country.
Here we have Chetos and Wachiturros

Before the level 4 equipment and Platinum difficulty, I got bored and decided to never keep a character at level 20. I was doing fine on gold with level 1 characters and good gear. Furthermore, I got less frustrated when I was opening character card after character card, on and on.
I got to N7 4500 and promised myself never to promote again when the level 4 equipment and Platinum difficulty came out... It seems that Bioware had other plans for me... The Challenges!!
And here I am... close to 1000hrs of game play because the community is so good damned awesome! I would have been bored out of my mind way earlier if I had no friends to share the game with... If you are reading this and you know me, thanks guys and gals! I couldn't have wasted so much of my time without you!

....Until a few days ago when I finally realised I would need to draw a line under the CP system (which I eventually got addicted to because it's always in the convo at some point nowadays) .... and so I might as well make that point a goal. So even tho I never wanted the BoB banner (wanna femshep version) I am now going to do the N7 because I have (or almost have) every other one.
The CP system was good in that it made me really spend some time with classes and guns I had given up on. Despite me being someone who liked to try out odd ideas and builds/loadouts, I couldn't do them all without an incentive. But other than that I think it is putting an end to people synergising and playing as a team and when's the last time you saw a character not in the challenge system ingame? I won't claim to have been happy finding yet another "I just shoot stuff " HI or HSol in my lobby at the beginning, but I miss them now .
So I will quit, when I get the last banner.
Whatever my silly N7 number will be then is where it will stay... It always meant nothing and my increasing it for a banner won't change that. I do find it slightly sad that some people think it matters (especially if they claim it matters in some skill related way lol) even after all this time, but ... the world wouldbe a boring place if we were all the same.
(TBH, the only thing that does get me about N7 is why BW made N7 a part of the challenge system when it already has it's own unique number for those who care about it... but whining solves nothing soooooo... )
Have fun
