In my social.bioware.com account i have items like:

bregan's bow; perla of anointed and the lucky stone. Is there an easy way for me to install these things? I'm not sure if htey are all just items or also include new quests. When I click download; I get a .dazip file but no instructions on how to install.  When I run the game (dragon origin ultimate) I see no method to install them.

When you run the game, make sure you have signed in to your Bioware account. Then go to downloads in the title menu, and the items should be there to download.
