cannot connect to it, servers won't allow me to get readiness. error message saying log in error.

I am getting the same thing not sure why. I havent played in several weeks i come back to start up another playthrough and it tells me "Load failed, cannot connect to servers" When i go to multiplayer it tells me that the servers are down cannot connect to galaxy at war. Please help someone
