If I already paid for the DLCs for DAO and DA2 on ps3, can I install the game on my PC and just download the DLCs since I've already paid for them?

No .. DA Origins DLC rights are not cross-platform.
Happier news - DAO Ultimate has them all, and is quite cheap. (http://social.biowar...ndex/11150508/1) As well Bioware (Dec 2012) has released all DAO promo items for free @ http://social.biowar...da2/dlc_bundle/

Top man (or female). I had no clue whatsoever about the free giveaway.

What about DA2? I did buy the origins ultimate edition, but I don't want to have to pay another $30 for the DA2 DLCs all over again. I also did buy the DA2 from Origin so that I can register my inquisition when I get it.
