I never see these questions asked (maybe because they have no answer right now, or maybe I'm the only person who doesn't know why), but they've been on my mind for too long.

1) Why doesn't biower take the charge mechanic away from the striker? And then possibly the Acolyte agin? This seems like the simplest solution to the issue. I know the striker says its fire rate increases in its description, but who would really care if it was removed?

2) Why do glitchers bother going into public matches? What's stopping them from soloing/farming platinum with their data upload turned off? I heard that glitching on host is only possible on xbox, so it can happen.
