The very few general profile photos are all really ugly and bland

However, " Get access to exclusive Profile Photos by registering your BioWare games and by activating your player profiles."

I have registered several games, i am having difficulty in activating my profile.

How much do you have to do to get to be able to change a simple profile photo to something a bit better then the generic ones?

I own ME1, 2 and DAO and DA2. I registered all of them that I could register

I could be mistaken but only ME2 gets "exclusive" avatars once you register. They're under the "Mass Effect 2 Game Owner Portraits" heading, when you select to "Change Profile Photo." Registering ME3 also gives you access to more avatars. Also, you might want to check these links:
