Destroy: All of them except Legion, EDI, Morinth, Kasumi and possibly Tali
Legion: Has made it perfectly clear that the destruction of the Geth is not an option. Would most likely choose synthesis, but who really knows after his philosophy 180 in ME3.
EDI: She does the narration for synthesis, and I think as a fellow AI might be able to better understand and trust the catalyst.
Morinth: Morinth loves power, and how much more powerful than "Reaper Empress" is there. Alternatively, She becomes the genetic destiny of the Asari... and everything else.
Kasumi: She doesn't have enough characterization on the subject to accurately guess, but she might synthesize for Keiji.
Tali: I hate to say it, but Tali is kind of a wildcard between destroy and synthesis. As a Quarian, she know better than to try to control a race of synthetics. But if peace is made on Rannoch, she might be reluctant to destroy them all again, as the Quarians are benefitting from integration with the Geth. On the other hand, I doubt a Quarian would willingly trust an AI's version of utopia, so she is a probable destroyer with small chance of synthesis.
