I'm glad someone mentioned Tevos, because I felt strangely drawn to her.

Liara developed the wrong way for me - by ME3 she was too busy being Shadowbroker and too hung up on it being two years since we last declared our love for each other. Since when is two years a long time in an Asari's mind? (Error: Human Writer detected!) Lacking Tevos, I finally tried paying more attention to Tali and much prefer her down-to-earth stand-by-your-side personality. She's got a renegade edge too, heh.

Considering Liara is a BASE for ALL the custom asari, yes, there are more interesting faces out there. Tentacles brighter than the rest of the head are odd, the contrast between them and the forehead after the texture change is just ugly. I preferred her ME1 toned-down look, though I appreciated work put into her "own" texture".

And the "eyebrows". I'm not sure if they were necessary to add her face expressiveness.

She was always "dry" to me along with her voice, appearance and personality, enough to shun her in my every gp. Completely not the type of a character I'd grow to like. Though I tried.

Going beyond aestetics, Liara really suffers from being written by three different people. ME1->ME2 development can arguably make sesne, but ME3 Liara is just ridicolous.

Is that the Asari that gives Shepard some background info on Thane and Nassana Dantius, and then gives Shep a ride to Dantius Towers?

If so, not attractive. But she was kind of cool, as far as minor characters go.

and to add to the discussion, yes Liara is poorly designed (talking about tattooed eyebrows) according to Liara, before Shepard she never had much contact with humans, YET she has tattooed eyebrows to look more human than any other asari, I call that design fail
