I don't have a problem with her I think the only one I visually don't like is Virmire girl the way her face is modeled looks off and odd but personally the worse face is Miranda's out of CG she's awful.

Liara's more attractive than Benezia, Nyxerus, that cop on Ilium and some other Asari. She's cute, at the very least.

I agree on Shiala- she's gorgeous. I adore her little smile in ME2

Shiala is one of the most attractive characters in the series. She looks better purple though, IMO.

Anyone else agree that Liara is the least attractive of the Asari? I really wish there was a forced-surgery station on the Citadel to make her look like Aria. Or an option for Renegade Shep to romance Aria instead -.-

IMHO Liara is by the hottest asari in the galaxy.

The other follow in this order:
Samara
Shi'ira, (the asari Consort)
Athehtya (Liara's father)
Benizara (Liara's mother)
Shiala
Aria

IMO the ugliest asari is the Ilium weapons merchant that tricks Conrad into trying to take over the bar in Mass Effect 2 I can't stand looking at her, but at least with Conrad in ME2 I can have her arrested and taken to jail.

I wonder if you have Shepard sleep with the asari Consort if she becomes pregnant with Shepard's daughter and that was the real reason why she was leaving the Citadel was to raise her and Shepard's daughter somewhere else? There is one way to have an asari daughter for Shepard in ME4 without bending the lore to have Liara to become pregnant.

Those that didn't sleep with her she leaves for reasons as the news stated in ME2.

There are plenty of less attractive Asari in the game. That being said, Shiala and Tevos are the best looking bisexual-blue-space-babes Asari

If I only judged her by her looks, then she's not the best looking, solely because her eyebrows bother me. But her voice and personality are amazing. She's the most realistic LI in the whole series IMO. Some others may be hotter but when my shep wants a stable relationship, it's Liara all the way.

Liara definitely isn't ugly, but Morinth and Samara are prettier, in my opinion. Liara's type is more sweet, innocent, cute type where Morinth and Samara are more sexy, womanly types.

@OP, "Even" Morinth is prettier? She looks exactly like her mother so if you think Morinth is ugly then you think Samara is ugly.

OT: I don't know. I never really found any of the Asari all that attractive, possibly because I was supposed to. As for Liara... I found her "Oh you're the Protagonist so I'm the swooning nerd girl," painfully cliche (IMHO).
Now, Ashley, that's a different story altogether...

I can't judge well, considering I prefer Turians and Quarians anyway. But compared to other Asari, Liara is higher up. It helps she has eyebrows.

I don't find the asari attractive in general.  Their personality really puts me off.  I rather like Liara's personality, but I don't find it attractive.  I do like Liara more than most asari ,however.

I've always found Tali attractive, though, even without knowing what she looked like.  I'm one of the people that wanted her as a love interest since meeting her in Mass Effect 1.  Quarian in general are interesting, but Tali really stands out.

But hell, here I am digressing.

Basically, attraction (for me) is based more off of personality, not looks.  Looks are important, to be sure, but personality, especially in a game like this where everyone is at least relatively 'pretty' (females at least, excluding some exceptions), personality is what stands out. 

So no, I don't find Liara especially attractive, but for different reasons than you do.  She has a cute face, and I actually like freckles (at least, in the way Liara has them, across her cheeks).

I wouldn't say she's unattractive, she is pretty, however her design is kind of bland and safe. Her nose and mouth are too small and her eyes are too big, with very little shading on the whites, which results in a cartoonish result. Samara is a great example of unique facial design in the ME universe, her look is more well-done and lends to a much more appealing character.

Depends on which game of the series we are referring to. She looks a lot better in 3 then she did in the previous two

In 3 I find her to be the most attractive Asari... well second to Aria.
