I know for myself, I would have long ago forsaken this game had it not been for MP. What are your thoughts on this matter? Remember, whatever comes after could well be defined by your comments!

They both bad and I should feel bad for still playing.

Yep. Just from the amount of fun I've had, SP simply does not measure up to MP.

I like them both.
Initially I was against MP and did it just to get my readiness at 100%. But these few games got me hooked and I played a fair bit. I stopped with ME to play some other games and came back to play the whole ME1-ME3 again when Omega was released, after that I got hooked to MP again :-)

Can't really say which one is better, but MP clearly has more replay value.

After all the DLCs started coming... MP is better now.
SP feels cheap now. MP destroyed SP, a mode the game was made for... MP was just a bonus, which is now the main mode people play...

SP was great. Still enjoyed the story. Did shed many a manly tear.

MP was a spectacular success.

The Multiple Free DLCs turned MP into its own product IMO, a stellar example of a bugged out but atrociously addictive multiplayer.                                                                                                                                                                 Though...had the single player been the only focus of the design team and had the lead writer not jumped ship during development... SP would have been one of the most fantastic games if the century/millennia...<_<

I liked SP. Played MP only for getting the 'perfect; ending. But now I am addicted to it!!
So I would say I liked both SP and MP (game play wise - not the story). But MP is the only reason why I have not uninstalled the game yet.

I did 3 and a half playthroughs of SP over 3 weeks. No urge to go back.

2 months playing MP and always have the urge. I only just got Halo 4 on Saturday and still end up being tormented by ME3 MP.

That's 2 and a half too many. ME3 SP just doesn't have that spark that makes me want to go back and play it, like ME2 has.

If by better you mean the only reason I'm still playing Mass Effect 3, then yes, the multiplayer is better.

I love both the SP and MP, so I win either which way. Though the MP I didn't have high hopes for it at first but was pleased to be proven wrong, I enjoy it greatly.

Yup.  I don't think the SP is particularly bad... I just don't find it particularly good either.

The MP was decent to begin with, and it's only gotten better.

the SP really pulled a U-turn in ME3. Great SP in both ME1 and ME2, both gameplay, difficulty and roleplaying. ME3 was worse in all three categories, not to mention the ending.
MP really saved the game from being a complete fiasco.
